I love the gliz winter covers! This is my third winter cover I’ve bought, this time it was a baby gift for my sister in laws new bundle of joy! The material and quality is always so good! They keep our little ones so warm and cozy through our harsh cold winters!

Glitz car seat covers are where it’s at! We loved ours so much and borrowed it to many friends, and they like it equally as much. The design is absolutely perfect, and the quality is top notch! If your hesitant because of the price, just do it! You won’t regret it.
This cover was so worth it for winter time! I had my baby during the coldest months in Saskatchewan and we had to do some travelling during -50 windchills! This cover kept my baby warm. It was actually noticeably warmer inside the car seat with the cover on.
I love it but for the price I wish the back of it was insulated as well with some type of wind breaking material and the traps could be a little tighter, it leaves a gap so cold air/wind gets in

Expensive for a thin material that covers around the car seat. The warmer part is only in the front. Took a month to receive in Chicago.

1.) The customer service was honestly amazing. They so helpful and answered all of my questions thoroughly, which I really appreciated. 2.) The cover is absolutely perfect, especially for winter here in Alberta. My baby stays warm and cozy every time we’re out, and I never have to worry about the cover shifting or moving around because of the wind. It stays in place so well and feels super secure. Overall, it’s been the perfect winter essential for us, and I’m so happy with my purchase. Looking forward to getting one for the Summer.

The cover itself is really nice and seems to keep our little one nice and warm. The opening flap on it is really great and so is the zipper for easy access to baby. My frustration is with the customer service. We received the wrong cover, and even though the correct one was eventually sent to us, the person we messaged with for customer service was quite curt and I left feeling like a nuisance to him for bringing up the issue. We left it all feeling like since they already had our money, it was quite an irritation that they had to fix the order mistake.
We contacted Gliz by email because the product we received wasn't the one we ordered (a material error on their part). In response, they offered to have us return the item we received so they could send us ours, with a further delay of approximately 5 weeks to receive the correct product. This solution did not meet our expectations, especially considering the initial error and the initial waiting of the first product (5 weeks). I do not recommend this company.

In our previous return conversation, we mentioned several times that your replacement cover had already been made and was ready to ship. All that was required was for the original cover to be sent back to us, free of charge, using the return label provided.

AMAZING Customer service! Ordered a custom cover which was to be a 4-6 weeks delivery - I asked if at possible to rush order and it was delivered less than 2 weeks! And it was BEAUTIFUL and COZY!!!! Perfect for these Canadian winters.

I am not too happy honestly. The price doesn’t worth the quality. While the design is nice, the fabric material is so stretchy even when following instructions for washing. This makes the car seat cover touching my baby face when closed
