Is my order custom?

If you are able or have selected custom options, such as Minky Type, Zipper, Embroidery, or did not purchase though the in-stock collection, that is indeed a custom order.

Under the product title it will be labeled "Gliz Design Customized" for a custom order, or "Gliz Design" for an in-stock Gliz product.

All non Gliz Design branded products are in-stock.

Gliz cover fits

Gliz Design car seat covers are a universal fit.

If you feel more comfortable asking about your carseat brand and how it may fit you may contact us and we'll be more than happy to help!

Returns and Warranty

Returns: If still in new condition, Gliz products may be returned before the 3 days after delivery date. Shipping is not included and is the returnees responsibility. Returns are not accepted on custom items.

Warranty: 30 day warranty is offered on Gliz products.

Shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Shipping Times

In-Stock Orders ship within 1-3 Business Days.

For Custom Orders we ask to please expect 4-6 Weeks to ship, once your order is ready to ship you will then receive a tracking notification.
